Product Warranty Policy — Linlin Store
At Linlin Store, we pay close attention and prioritize the quality of every single product. To ensure our customers receive the best shopping experience, we provide the following product warranty policy:
1. Warranty Period
Electrical appliances are warranted for 30 days starting from the date the customer receives the product (excluding cosmetics).
2. Conditions for Product Replacement
Customers can request a product replacement under the following conditions:
The product has functional issues, is defective, or is damaged due to the manufacturer's production process.
The received product is incorrect in terms of model, color, or does not match the order placed on the website.
The product and all accessories (including the original packaging) must be fully intact, with no signs of being dropped, water damage, or misuse.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, modifications, accidental drops, or heavy impacts caused by the customer.
Issues reported after the 30-day period (counted from the date of delivery).
4. Claims and Replacement Process
Customers must provide a video recording while picking up or unboxing the package from the delivery company, along with the shipping receipt.
Take photos or videos of the defective/damaged part of the product, along with
