At Linlin Trading, we are fully committed to ensuring that every order is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipment. However, to protect your own interests in the event of damaged or incorrect items, please carefully read our return and exchange conditions below:

1. Replacement Policy

We will immediately arrange and ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost under the following conditions:

· The store shipped the incorrect item, wrong color, wrong size, or the product does not match the description/advertisement.

· Electrical appliances fail to turn on or function properly right out of the box (provided that the issue is not caused by customer misuse).

⚠️ Important Requirements for Customers:

· Unboxing Video Required: Customers must provide an unedited, continuous video recording starting from before opening the parcel shipping tape, throughout the unboxing of the protective wrap, and during the initial product inspection.

· 24-Hour Notice: Please contact our admin and send the video proof via Inbox within 24 hours from the time of receiving the package from the courier.

· Form Submission: Customers must request and fill out the replacement or refund form through the store's contact channels.

· Shipping Fees: The store will cover all return and replacement shipping costs if the error was made by our shop.

Please Note: The store reserves the right to decline any responsibility or refuse to send a replacement if the customer cannot provide a valid unboxing video.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds in the following cases:

· Change of Mind: Requests made after the store has correctly shipped out the ordered items.

· Customer Damage: Products that have been modified, altered, or broken due to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer.

· Used Electronics: Electrical appliances that have already been used and break down later (unless that specific product comes with an official brand warranty explicitly stated by our shop).

· Late Claims: Claims reported after the 24-hour deadline from the date of delivery.

3. Third-Party Logistics Disclaimer

Orders shipped via private transport companies (third-party logistics) such as HAL Logistics are entirely beyond our control once the goods leave our warehouse. Therefore, our shop is not legally responsible for the issues listed below, though we will assist in coordinating with the courier to seek compensation for you:

· Delivery delays.

· Damaged, broken, or smashed products (we will only assist with courier coordination).

· Lost or stolen parcels.

· Unclaimed Returns: In cases where the parcel arrives at the destination courier branch but the customer fails to pick it up within the designated timeframe—causing the item to be returned to us—Linlin Trading reserves the right to refuse coverage for the next shipping cost (the customer must pay for the reshipment).

By confirming an order for delivery outside of Vientiane Capital, you explicitly accept these risks and understand that no refunds or replacements will be issued for issues occurring during transit.

4. International Customers Shipping to Lao PDR

If you are ordering from abroad to be delivered to a recipient inside the Lao PDR:

· Please ensure that the recipient’s address and contact details are completely accurate.

· Once the order is handed over to the third-party courier or our local delivery team, the order is officially considered fulfilled and complete.

· No refunds will be issued if:

  • The recipient's information provided is incorrect
  • The recipient refuses to accept the package.
  • The delivery team is unable to contact the recipient.

 

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

· The refund amount will be transferred back to your bank account (or original payment method) within 1–3 working days after the approval and mutual agreement.

· Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock and we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be processed immediately.

· International Refunds: For international payments, refunds may take 5–10 working days to clear, depending on your payment provider.

· The system will automatically process the refund back to your original payment channel (PayPal, Wise, etc.).
