1. Delivery Within Vientiane Capital
For customers located within the urban areas of Vientiane Capital, we support delivery via our store’s internal delivery team (self-delivery), third-party logistics companies (such as Houng Aloun), or local delivery services (such as Foodpanda, Kokkok Move, riders, or on-demand delivery services).
· Delivery Timeframe: Products will be delivered to you within 24 – 48 hours after your order and payment have been confirmed.
· Shipping Fees: We offer Free Delivery nationwide for all purchases with a total value of 500 Kip or more. However, if the customer requires an urgent delivery via local express services (such as Foodpanda, Kokkok Move, riders, or on-demand delivery), the customer must bear the entire delivery cost.
· Handling of Fragile & Electronic Items: Our internal delivery team handles and arranges fragile and electronic products with extra care to prevent any impact or damage during transit.
2. Nationwide Delivery to Provinces
For customers residing in other provinces across Laos, we ship products via contracted private third-party logistics companies (such as HAL Logistics).
· Delivery Timeframe: Generally takes 1 – 3 working days (depending on the destination province and district).
· Shipping Fees: Free delivery nationwide for all purchases with a total value of 500 Kip or more.
3. Packaging and Special Warranties (Fragile & Electrical Items)
Since our store handles fragile items and electrical appliances, we enforce the following strict measures and conditions:
· Packaging Standards: We wrap every item in thick layers of Bubble Wrap, place them in sturdy boxes, and apply a visible "Fragile" warning sticker on the front of the parcel box prior to every shipment.
· Electrical Appliance Inspection: Every electrical appliance undergoes a 100% inspection of its power system and basic functionality by our team before packaging. This guarantees that the items are in 100% working condition before reaching our customers.
⚠️ Crucial Rules Upon Receiving Your Package (Mandatory Actions for Customers): To protect your own interests, when the delivery personnel calls or messages you stating that your package has arrived at the destination branch, please complete the following steps:
1. Inspect the Box Condition: Please visually inspect the exterior condition of the parcel box to ensure it is fully intact (check for cracks, dents, punctures, or wet stains). If the box is severely damaged, you can refuse acceptance or take photos as immediate evidence.
2. Record an Unboxing Video (Crucial): Please record a continuous, unedited video starting from before opening the parcel shipping tape, throughout the unboxing of the protective bubble wrap, and up to the inspection of the items inside.
3. Reporting Issues: If you find that the product is broken, smashed, incorrect, does not match the description, or an electrical appliance fails to turn on due to transit issues, please send the video clip to our admin within 24 hours of receiving the item. The store will immediately proceed with a brand-new replacement or file a product claim for you.
Please Note: The store strictly reserves the right to deny any claims or refuse responsibility if the customer cannot provide a valid unboxing video as proof.
⚠️ Disclaimers and Important Conditions
· Information Verification: Please carefully double-check your Name, Shipping Address, Province/District, and Contact Numbers (providing 2 numbers is highly recommended) before confirming your order. The store will not be held responsible if a parcel is delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
· Carrier Liability: Once the store hands over the parcel to the private shipping company (third-party logistics), any delays, damages, or handling errors that occur during transit fall entirely under the operations and policies of that specific shipping company. However, the store is more than happy to fully assist you in coordinating and tracking the parcel.
· Tracking Number: After shipment, the store will send the shipping receipt containing your Tracking Number via chat, allowing you to check your delivery status independently.
4. Parcel Tracking and Communication
· We will provide tracking details and/or contact information for the logistics provider handling your order.
· It is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier company directly to follow up on the delivery status or independently resolve any localized delivery issues.
5. International Orders
We welcome orders from international customers who wish to purchase products for their friends or family members residing in the Lao PDR.
· Delivery Scope: All orders will be delivered within the Lao PDR only.
· Standard Terms: The standard shipping conditions outlined above apply equally to these orders (based on the recipient's respective region).
